High quality Wooden Timber Bi-Folding Doors, made to the highest quality by a professional joinery company. They are extremely heavy and well made, each door requires at least two people to even lift it.
Would cost around £10,000 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 7.1cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
There are couple of light scratch marks and dents on doors, but can be easily be touched up.
Also a chip out of the bottom sill.
All defects are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product at all.

Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key – half barrel will need to changed.
3 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens in twos from the left.
When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the right.
Door is bottom rolling.
There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
The bottom sill is hardwood.
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
The doors and frame have been professional power coated.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
The furniture is all chrome of very high quality as you would expect and is made by ‘Centor’.
