Bespoke Wooden Oak Veneer Bi-Folding Doors, made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

Marks on frame and external doors, bottom of the interior doors are marked.

Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Security

3 point ERA locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the right.

Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally is woodgrain Brown and internally is Irish Oak, with a brown-mahogany frame externally and a brown frame internally.

The colour of the handles is chrome and the colour of the hinges is chrome.
