Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed,

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with White handles.

Operating / Style

When looking from the outside both top and bottom windows open outwards, please see photos for opening style.

Security

Has a high quality multipoint locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if your after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
