This door is low threshold and can be fitted so the bottom of the frame sits flush with the floor. 

This door also features a spy hole which comes fitted in the door.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There are screw holes in both the frame and door when viewing from the outside where an overhead door closer was previously fitted.

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Black and internally White

Has Silver handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

3 point locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 2 keys.
