High quality Aluminium / Wood (Clad) casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Has slight marks on the interior and has a crack in the wood on set 8.

Colour

The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL7016 and internally White, with a Anthracite Grey frame externally and White internally.

Has Silver handles.

Security

Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
