Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defects anywhere.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
