uPVC / PVCu Box sash window This would cost considerably more if bought new direct today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Excellent/ as new condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places but nothing a sand-down/ repaint/ varnish wouldn’t cover. but do have small defect/s- see last photo/s.

Defects:
Light paintwork defect on lock. Bottom slider does not hold up on the spring. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a White frame both sides.

Comes with White handles and White hinges

Operating / Style

Both sashes slide up & down There are no external handles on these doors, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers better security and gives a more flush appearance externally.

Security

Has a multipoint locking system making it very secure. Comes with key

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
