Description
High quality uPVC / PVCu Casement window (bespoke made by Rehau) This would cost considerably more if bought new direct today. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Condition
Brand new has never been used or fitted, still sealed both sides in protective film, not a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere,
Colour
The colour internally and externally is White, with a White frame both sides.
Comes with White handles.
Operating / Style
outwards There are no external handles on these doors, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers better security and gives a more flush appearance externally.
Security
Has a high quality multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut- just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £95 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 24mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
If you want to order yourself the units required are: Width: 89.2 cm, Height: 61.4 cm (top hung window) Width: 99 cm, Height: 73 cm (fixed window)
Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
