UPVC REHAU CASEMENT WINDOW-ATHRACITE GREY-EXTERIOR-DOUBLE GLAZED-PVCU-EXTERNAL

High quality uPVC / PVCu casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Rehau’.
Would cost around £400 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
One piece of beading has white rubber seal instead of black.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
Vent cap is missing. missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White handles.

Security

High quality 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
