uPVC / PVCu Casement window . This window would cost around £500 if ordered direct.  Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Excellent/ as new condition both sides. This window has never been installed or fitted.

Defects:
The exterior vent is loose and will need reattaching. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Window opens outwards when viewing from the outside and the undefined pane opens from the inside.

Security

Has a 4 point ‘Nico’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with one key

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

If you want to order yourself the units required are: Width: 41cm, Height: 73.5cm
