Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is a very small amount of residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening windows. When viewing from the exterior, the left pane opens and the right pane is fixed and does not open – see photos.

Security

Each window has a 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
