These were only manufactured on 22/02/18, so are modern windows offering the highest quality currently on the market.

CONDITION

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with no damage, scratches or defects anywhere.

COLOUR

The colour internally and externally is Cream wood-grain effect, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Chrome handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

Windows open outwards when viewing from the outside. The middle pane is fixed and does not open.

SECURITY

Has a 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.

There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
