uPVC / PVCu White Wood grain effect casement window.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Window A (left in photo 1) – Height: 133.5cm, Width: 122.5cm, Depth: 7cm

Defects:

Window B (middle in photo 1) – Height: 131.5, Width: 122.5cm, Depth: 7cm

Defects: Two small screw holes to the top interior section of the frame.

Window C (right photo 1) – Height: 132.8cm, Width: 122.5cm, Depth: 7cm

Defects: Three small screw holes to the top interior section of the frame.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Some mastic around the frames, but this would clean off/ be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with White handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening windows. The right pane opens while the left pane is fixed when viewing from the exterior – see photos.

Security

Each window has a 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys any of the windows, but they can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units (we can order new glazing – please contact for prices)

Ideal if you’re after high quality casement windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
