uPVC / PVCu Casement window and would cost around £1000 if you were to bespoke order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable.

Defects:
The handle’s are slightly faded. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with White handles.

Operating / Style

Window opens outwards when viewing from the outside and the undefined pane opens from the inside.

Security

Has a multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Window B has no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

MISSING

Window B is missing beading. The beading would be exactly the same as the beading from window A, so should be able to source new beading online or from your local merchant.

Glazing

Glazing for window A is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. 

There is no glazing with Window B this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £65 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

If you want to order yourself the units required are: Width: 107.2cm, Height: 103.5cm

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
