Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Security

4 point locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 3 Window Ware keys.

Opening

The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside. The other door is fixed and does not move.

Toplight

Just the top light / window is 33.5cm in height and is separate to the main frame.

The height measurement provided is just the frame.

The frame has a wooden add on which is listed as the height extended but this could also be removed.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.
