Condition

As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Does not have a single mark scratch or defect anywhere.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a high quality 7 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a new high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with one ‘Ultion’ key.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £220 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
