Window has BFRC Rating A so it offers some of the best quality/ energy efficiency ratings currently available on the market.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts / Defects

Missing trickle vent however these can be purchased online for a small missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Both window panes slide up and down and also tilt outwards.
Operates via springs.

Security

The window has a dual locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality sliding box sash window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
