UPVC PVCU FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR-WHITE-USED-DISTORTED GLASS-GEORGIAN BARS-EXTERNAL

uPVC / PVCu front door.
Would cost around £1,200 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

CONDITION

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Missing parts:
Sill End Caps and Rain sill end caps missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

COLOUR

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Silver handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

SECURITY

5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 2 keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
