uPVC / PVCu White Front door which would cost around £850 if you were to order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with no damage, scratches or defects anywhere. Has the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable.

Defects:
The hinge caps are missing and the rain sill on the exterior side is cracked on the right end however a replacement can be bought from a local merchant for a small expense. – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a White frame both sides.

Comes with White handles and White hinges

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside

Security

Has a high quality 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
