UPVC PVCU FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR-WHITE-SIDELIGHT-EXTERNAL-EXTERIOR-DOUBLE GLAZED

uPVC / PVCu front door with sidelight.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (UPVC), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Sidelight / Window

Just the sidelight/ window is: 46.2cm in width and can be removed if required.
Just the door frame width is 90cm.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a high quality 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a key

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Some marks on the front of the door.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
There is no connecting trim between the door and sidelight. However this is not essential for fitting as they can be screwed together securely without this or this can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
