Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Sidelight / Window

Just the sidelight/ window is: 60.5cm in width and can be removed if required or fitted either side.
Just the door frame width is 93cm.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a key.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Light scratches to the bottom section of the frame. Small area of adhesive residue where doorbell has previously been attached. The handle has a few small spots of paint removed. Handles can be replaced for a small expense – see last photo/s.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted leaf, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
