uPVC / PVCu front door.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
The external top right corner of the frame is cracked and the bottom left of the frame is cracked externally.

2 Screw holes internally to the left hand side of the door to the frame.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is undefined thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with undefined, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
