Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

The door has White hinges with Gold handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 3 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with one ‘JMA’ Key.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Chip to the exterior side of the frame which will be hidden by trim and does not affect the door at all. Inside letterbox flap hinge is broken but can easily be replaced. Two patches of adhesive residue where doorbell has been attached on exterior and alarms on the interior. Small paint marks on the hinges. Exterior panel gasket slightly yellowed. – see last photo/s.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has decorative leaded pattern 3D diamond coloured design externally on the glazing.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
