UPVC PVCU FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR-WHITE-LEADED DIAMOND GLASS-EXTERNAL-EXTERIOR-USED-

uPVC / PVCu front door.
Would cost around £600 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Small panel gap at top and some screw holes from previously installed door number and doorbell.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
Letterbox missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

5 point locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is undefined thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with undefined, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
