uPVC / PVCu front door.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

The doors are almost identical however have slightly different widths. The dimensions are as follows:

Door 1: Width – 83.4cm Height – 205.4cm

Door 2: Width – 87.4cm Height – 205.4cm

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Door 1: internal top left frame has a crack on it Door 2: internal bottom right of the frame has a split

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
Handles on both doors and Door 2: internal letterbox cover missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

Both doors open inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Both doors are low threshold.

Security

3 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys per door.

Glazing

Glazing is undefined thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
