uPVC / PVCu Front door with a large Sidelight.
Would cost around £1000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Previously only fitted under a porch so it has never been exposed to the elements.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Sidelight / Window

Just the sidelight/ window is: 118.2cm in width and can be removed if required.
Just the door frame width is 94.8cm.

The sidelight can be fitted either side of the door.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 5 point locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
The lock works but is stiff and may need looking at. There are three small screw holes on the exterior of the sidelight. There is also a small chip to the frame of the sidelight which will be hidden by trim and doesn’t affect it at all. The flap of the letter box on the exterior has a broken hinge but this can be replaced for a small expense – see last photo/s.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
