uPVC / PVCu front door.
Produced on “03/12/2020” (see photos), and offers some of the latest security & energy efficiency ratings on the market.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Some storage marks however door has never been installed and is good as new.

Screws in the bottom of the door however these could easily be removed and filled.

Please see last photos relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
Handles missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Top Light / Window

The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 191cm. There is a 1.5cm add on around the top light, please see photos.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

High quality 9 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
