UPVC PVCU FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR-WHITE-CAROLINA-DISTORTED-EXTERNAL-EXTERIOR-PLASTIC

uPVC / PVCu Carolina front door.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Gold handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Two small screw holes to the interior top right corner where an alarm device was previously attached. There are light and hardly noticeable scratches to the interior letterbox flap. – see last photo/s.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
