UPVC PVCU FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR-LIGHT GOLDEN OAK BROWN WOOD GRAIN EFFECT-EXTERNAL

uPVC / PVCu Light Golden Oak front door.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Small cut to the frame which will be hidden with trim when installed.

There are some sticky sellotape marks on the interior of the door, however with some strong cleaner this can be removed.

The middle hinge has come unscrewed from the door, but can be screwed back and the door still operates fine with two hinges. There are two small screw holes where a door number was previously fitted.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Golden oak, with a White frame externally and internally.

Has Brown hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, frosted and distorted, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality UPVC front door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
