UPVC PVCU FRONT DOOR-WHITE-LEADED GEORGIAN DIAMOND BARS-EXTENAL-EXTERIOR-PLASTIC

uPVC / PVCu front door with leaded diamond bars.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Chip to the external left side of the frame, but doesn’t affect the function of the door at all.

some slightly discoloured areas on the top exterior section of the door.

A few small screw holes to the exterior right side of the frame where a doorbell was previously fitted.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Black handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 ‘Yale’ keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has leaded diamond design externally on the glazing- This cant be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace both units. We can do this at a cost of £50 per pane (28mm, argon gas, low e, toughened).

Ideal if you’re after a high quality front door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
