Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
4 Screws at the bottom of the door which are visible in the last photo.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
Handles missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

5 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
