uPVC / PVCu French Doors.

These are modern doors and only bespoke made on the 23/09/2016, so offer some of the highest security and energy efficiency on the market.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Gold Chrome handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 36.2cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 164.5cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 200.7cm.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Security

Has a high quality 7 point ‘FURH’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with a high security Anti-Snap barrel with 2 ‘Yale’ security keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
