Condition

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Defects:
4 small crew holes where previous alarm was installed

Scratch on left corner of Sill

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 44.1cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 131.2cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 175.3cm.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Security

7 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 5 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
