Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Scratches on the frame particularly on the bottom of the inside

Missing parts:
Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Silver handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 57.8cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 127.3cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 185.1cm.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Security

5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
