High quality uPVC / PVCu French Doors, with sidelights.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts/Defects

There are several scratches around the frame and doors.

There are two screw holes on the front of the door.

Drain cover caps are missing, also one of the hinge caps is missing, but its only visible from the inside.

Security

7 point FUHR locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ISEO keys.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 38cm in width.

The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 154.8cm.

If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 192.8cm.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (rosewood), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is gold and the colour of the hinges is brown.
