High quality uPVC / PVCu French Doors.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts/Defects

There are several scratches around doors and frame, but only on the external side.

The trim on both sides where the sidelights attach is slightly too small, however it can be easily replaced.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Security

9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.

Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 86.7cm in width.

Just the frame width is 175.8cm.

The width with just one sidelight is 262.5cm.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (mahogany) and internally is White, with a Brown (mahogany) frame externally and a White frame internally.

The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
