Have some pull down blinds on the inside.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
There are chips to the edge of the frame. This should be covered when installed.

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), internally the colour is white with a matching frame.

Has Grey hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Right.

Security

11 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality French doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
