We have two High quality uPVC / PVCu Casement window (bespoke made by Selecta Systems) and would cost around £500 each if you were to bespoke order new today.  The Buy It Now price is for one window. Customer installed the Casement window for 6 months. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is Cream (Matt) wood-grain effect, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Window A opens outwards from left to right when viewing from the inside and Window B opens outwards from right to left when viewing from the inside.

Security

Has a high quality 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
