Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides there is the odd light mark.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Golden oak, with a matching frame either side.

Has Black handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening windows- see photos.

Security

Has a high quality 8 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with a key

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
One pane of glass on Window B and Window C has a crack however this pane has already been ordered and will come complete with the window.

Window B vent end cap is missing on the external side. However this can be purchased very cheap online. Please see last photo.

Window C is missing a key the window can still be locked but not child locked.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
