CONDITION

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

COLOUR

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has Chrome handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

Top/ bottom sash’s slide up/ down.
Operates via springs.

SECURITY

Has a high quality multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 14mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
