These are high quality uPVC / PVCu Box sash windows (bespoke made by Selecta systems-Evolve on ) which would cost around £700 each if you were to bespoke order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

These were only manufactured on 22/02/18, so are modern windows offering the highest quality currently on the market.

Condition

Each window is in an excellent/ very clean condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is Cream wood-grain effect, with a matching coloured frame either side. Comes with Chrome handles and Brushed Stainless Steel hinges

Operating / Style

Both top and bottom sashes slide up & down, and the bottom sash can also open/tilt inwards.

Security

Has a central locking system and top corner spring locks making it very secure.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
