Condition

Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
Has had no physical or external use.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Bottom panel will need to be cut to size.

2 pieces of beading missing.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain Brown Golden oak, with a matching frame either side.

The window has white hinge covers and a gold handle.

The door has brown hinges and a black handle.

Operating / Style

The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

7 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
