Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc).

Has Cream hinges with Cream handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 6 point locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 2 keys.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There are drill holes to the interior side of the door where there was previously an alarm fitted.

There is age related wear to the handle and catflap. – see last photo/s.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted Leaf Pattern, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
