UPVC PVCU BACK ENTRANCE DOOR-WHITE-OUTWARDS OPENING OPENS-GEORGIAN BARS-HALF PANEL-USED

uPVC / PVCu back door.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:

There is a crack to the bottom of the frame – internal side, this could be glued.

The rubber gasket is split and brittle in places.

The handle is a little stiff but still operates fine.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
