uPVC / PVCu half panel back door.

Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:

Sticker mark on the exterior top section of the door.

Odd light marks on both sides of the door.

Paint marks in a few places around the edges of the frame which will come off with a strong cleaner or mostly hidden by trim when installed.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality UPVC back door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
