UPVC PVCU BACK ENTRANCE DOOR-WHITE-ALL GLASS-EXTERNAL-EXTERIOR-DOUBLE GLAZED

Condition

Excellent/ clean condition both sides, with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed.

Defects:
There are a few drill holes to the door and frame – please see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Gold handles and White hinges.

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside. Has a low threshold so can be sunk into the ground so fits flush with the floor (if sinking remove 2.8cm from the height)

Security

Has a 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys

Missing Parts

Hinge cap cover’s are missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense- see last photos.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
