Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Some residue from tape previously stuck to the frame which will come off with a strong cleaner.

Three small screw holes on the interior top section of the frame.

Small hardly noticeable scratch to the handle on the interior side and visible scratches to the top and bottom hinges which can be repainted.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

5 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
Has been fitted with a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality back door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
