Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

There are slight scratches to the interior part of the frame and two small screw holes on the interior top section of the door where an alarm was previously fitted – please see last photos.
Missing parts:
The rain deflector on the door is missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Mahogany (close to Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.

Has Brown hinges with Gold Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

9 point ‘Master Lock’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality all glass back door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
