uPVC / PVCu all glass light golden oak woodgrain effect back door.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. The item looks nearly as new.                

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Golden oak, with a matching frame either side.

Has Brown hinges with Black handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 5 point ‘Saracen’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with one ‘LSH’ key.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
The Handle is a little loose and doesn’t sit horizontally. There are also a few chips to it, however it can be bought from a local hardware store for a small expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality back door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
