UPVC PVCU BACK DOOR-LIGHT GOLDEN OAK BROWN-WOOD GRAIN EFFECT-ALL GLASS-INWARDS

uPVC / PVCu back door.
Would cost around £750 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Small alarm sensor fitted on the bottom, inside of the door.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
and One hinge cap missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally is Brown Golden oak and internally its been painted in light Grey, with a matching frame either side.

Has Matching Colour hinges with Gold handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a high quality 5 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with a key

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £95 total inc. vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations.
